Kia ora whānau

It is that time of year again when the Book Fair is at school and that not only means purchasing some great books (and raising money for our school library in the process) but also our annual Book Character Dress Up Day!

What a great way for us all to embrace our school value of rekareka (fun & enjoyment).

Lock in the date of Wednesday September 4.

We will have a school gathering with class parades shortly after 9am. Parents welcome (especially if you are in character too!).

Please note:

  • No-one needs to dress up if they don’t want to.
  • There is no expectation to go and buy or make elaborate outfits.
  • It is optional if students want to join in on the class parades in the hall.

Any questions, please just touch base with your child’s teacher.

Thanks everyone!

Ngā mihi,
