Kia Ora e te whānau,
The School Kapa Haka group (Yr 3-6) is having a Whānau fish n chip night. Kapa Haka (Performing group) is fast becoming part of Kiwiana as it is recognised world wide as a New Zealand “Thing”. Kapa Haka practices are held in the hall every Friday from 11.30am – 12.55pm.
This year at RSS, the overarching theme for our learning is Whakawhanaungatanga. This means to make connections with people by sharing our whakapapa and our stories with them.
Therefore, we would like to invite you to a Whānau Fish N Chip night where whānau can meet, make connections and get to know each other.
